Today I attended the NASA Ames Space Research Expo and heard a number of fascinating speakers talk about the International Space Station and the journey to and from. Dr. Julie Robinson shared with us the benefits that have come from the ISS. The best part was Astronaut Rex Walheim, who shared his experience flying on the last shuttle flight, STS-135.
I got some fun shots at Shoreline Lake today. But as I was leaving, the moon emerging from the mountain ridges in the distance was right smack in front of me. Some days everything aligns and you end up with lots of subjects to photograph.
Fascinating how one thing (a chair) can throw everything out of order.
